Design studio founded by Lucia Giuliano and Makoto Fukuda. Both have lived and worked in Barcelona, where they experimented with design at different scales while exploring its powers as a transformative practice. From 2000 to 2011, Lucia worked as an architect at Arata Isozaki & Associates. Makoto, after an experience as a tutor at Tokyo University of Arts moved to Barcelona where he worked for Mi ralles Tagliabue EMBT studio from 1996 to 2016. He also joined the international team of architect Toyo Ito's studio in 2006. They recently moved to Sicily, where they founded their studio and are engaged in the project of a design school geared toward the development of design culture on the island
