Industrial designer since 1992, he designs for various brands, and is the artistic director of Abet Laminati and Dnd handles. Among his distinctive features are the research and definition of new object typologies such as Moscardino, a multipurpose biodegradable cutlery, designed with Matteo Ragni and awarded in 2001 with the Compasso d'Oro. In 2009 he was awarded the Premio dei Premi for innovation by the President of the Italian Republic. Always attentive to the evolution of the relationship between artisan reality and design, in 2012 he launched Internoitaliano, the "diffused factory". In 2014 he won his second Compasso d'Oro for the Sfera series of manhole covers, designed with Matteo Ragni for Montini.
